Second opinions & re-reads
We review and dictate the imaging study as if reading it for the first time. This report will be clear and concise using definitive terms describing each anatomic structure in detail and, when appropriate, using specific measurements with objective terminology.
Radiology consultation
We consult with attorneys to understand the merits of each case and how the imaging findings might support their efforts, determine case viability and develop the strategy to move the case forward. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to tell you if an original read was accurate or inaccurate and how we can be of assistance.
Medical Malpractice case support
It can be difficult to find a radiologist who will engage with attorneys to scrutinize another radiologist’s findings. Our first responsibility is to the patient, not our colleagues in the field. We will review all pertinent records and help determine if there was a deviation from standard care.
Trial support services
We are an extension of your litigation team, providing guidance on trial exhibits and displays, expert witness testimony for depositions and trial, rebuttal witness testimony as well as consultation for trial strategy.

“I asked Dr. Paley to review the imaging studies and operative reports for a client who underwent two kyphoplasty procedures following a serious motor vehicle accident. The treating doctor would not relate the necessity of the procedures to the crash claiming instead that they originated from a pre-existing condition. After Dr. Paley reviewed both the pre-and post procedure films including an imaging study from two years prior to the crash he explained in his report why, in his opinion, the procedures were in fact a direct result of the crash. As a result of Dr. Paley’s involvement I was able to resolve my clients case for more than double the offer prior to his involvement. The case settled for $122,500.00.
