Definitive Radiology’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Michael Paley, is a board-certified Radiologist with over 25 years’ experience in interpreting a wide variety of imaging exams with emphasis on musculoskeletal and neuro MRI. He has provided support to personal injury, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice attorneys since 2005 and has lectured on such topics as spine and traumatic brain injury imaging.

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Dr. Paley completed an internship in Internal Medicine and his Radiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center before completing his fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Paley served as Director of Radiology at University Hospitals University Suburban Health Center before establishing his own independent practices, Network Radiology and Definitive Radiology.
